Mary Kathleen Dawson, aged 17, the youngest of the 18 nieces and nephews contesting the will of the late Martin Dawson who left most of his $ 2,000,000 to cahtolic institutions. In circuit court this group of 18 filed a petition charging fraud and undue coercion. All the beneficiaries are named as defendants but special charges are lodged against father Mullay and Patrick J. Powers, executor. The plaintiffs claim that Martin Dawson was critically il and mentally unbalanced when the will was signed.
