Gets $3,582,045.00 for his oil shares. Mr Carbon Petroleum Dubbs, with his wife and daughter, Betty, after he received $3,582,045.00 for his shares of stock in the Universal Oil Products Company. Mr Dubbs perfected his fathers petroleum cracking process which was backed by J. Ogden Armour. The latter owned four hundred shares of stock which, on his death, became the property of Mrs Armour. She realized $8,000,000 for her shares, when all the shares were bought by the Standard Oil Co. of California and the Shell Union Oil Company.

Serbia's new Minister of Communication is M. Anta Rakijevic, who is well know, both in Serbia and Berlin. During the Great War he was in France and constructed Railways for the Allies. He came to England where he met his wife, an English woman. Ha was severely wounded in the War and narrowly escaped death. He is one of the prominent leadres of the Radical Pashitch Party, and one of the candidates to be his successor.

O'Donoghue, a lawyer who had been fighting for a year to bring about her release. Dorothy Gordon a year ago was the center of one of the most famous legal nattles in the history of Massachusetts.
